The Grand Opening Of Karambi Wellness

Karambi Community Hub Grand Opening

The 25th of November will remain a historic day for the Batwa.

On this day, we officially opened the doors of the Karambi Community Hub and the Health Center to the community. Cheers and ululations echoed across the hills as the ribbon was cut and the Batwa joyfully marched into a space designed to unite them, and also provide essential healthcare through the new health center.

Our founder, Justin Wren, together with community leaders and local government officials, graced the celebration. This hub is more than a building; it's a place for the Batwa to gather, connect, and shape the direction of their future. While the Health Center will be a healing place to cater for the medical needs of the people of Karambi.

Thank you for supporting this project and helping make this milestone a reality.

Primary School Groundbreaking

The progress in Karambi continues to grow stronger. We officially broke ground for the new primary school that will educate the children of this community for generations to come. Justin, together with the project architect and the community, planted a tree to symbolize the growth and transformation that lies ahead.

Education is a cornerstone of community development, and this new primary school will provide students with a fully equipped learning space to learn.
