The Kanaba Community Is Taking Shape
The Kanaba community’s journey is only beginning! Soon, right at its center, a community hall will stand. Around it, water tanks, sanitation facilities and other developments are almost completed.
The groundwork began in January and has been steadily progressing ever since. Week after week, day after day, the construction team has been supported by some members of the Batwa community, who receive a wage for their work.
Together with the community, we’re building a home that will house, nurture, and educate the Batwa for generations.
